A Markdown reader and editor — the thing you double-click a .md file into. Tabs in one window, a rendered view and a source view that are both editable, proper printing and PDF export, and a one-key hand-off into Obsidian.

Two fixes to how preview draws blocks. A code block’s panel now sits snugly around the code, instead of carrying an empty strip where the ``` fences were, and an indented block ends where it should rather than running on down the page. Horizontal rules (---) stay on their own line instead of drifting into the heading above. Tables, new in 1.2, are still drawn as real tables.

Feed Me, Seymour!

A native RSS reader. Articles are drawn as real typography and real media rather than a web view, with a read-aloud mode that follows along word by word.

Subscribing to a site now happens where you are. Share a page and Feed Me, Seymour! goes and finds the feed behind it, shows you which one, and takes the subscription on in the share sheet itself — one tap, no app to open. On the Mac, sharing a page opens the app with the address already filled in, and so does pressing the plus button when a link is on your clipboard.

Roundabout

A menu-bar app that remembers your actual working contexts — not just which app you were using, but which Terminal tab, which Safari tab, which specific window — and jumps straight back into one with a single Option-Tab, the way Cmd-Tab jumps back to your last app. Each context can carry a one-line summary of what you’re actually doing there, generated free and on-device via Apple Intelligence.

A simple composing tool for poets.

On the Mac, selecting text from right to left no longer flips you onto a new page. Page turns now only answer a deliberate two-finger swipe, and a swipe never adds a page — use the arrow for that.

Quiet

Helps a classroom keep its own volume down. The screen listens to the room and shows it as a slow, swirling color — calm violets when it’s quiet, warming toward red as it gets loud — and every few quiet minutes a feather drifts down for the class to keep. Collect enough and they burst into a cloud of feathers.
